Want to hit the stage? Train like a beast? Need a new challenge?

You will receive monthly strength & muscle conditioning workouts AND nutrition plans to get you stage ready. You will be monitored weekly on progress, life skills, psychology, social factors and recovery -- using outcome-based decision making to obtain your absolute BEST physique. This is a 16 week program and you must be within approx. 25 lbs. of stage weight (to be determined by Erin).


Athletes must have most fundamentals of nutrition consistent prior to competing (e.g. food choices, eating behaviors, regular exercise / activity, mindset, sleep, life skills and supportive environment). If fundamentals are yet to be consistent, we recommend our BBD Balanced Bites Nutritional Coaching Program.

If stepping on stage in the best shape of your life is a lifetime goal, then Head Trainer Erin will help you get there. Whether the category be Bikini, Fitness, Fitness Model or Figure, Erin will be by your side through 16 weeks of Preparation. The 16 week program involves Meal Plans, Strength & Cardio Plans, Weekly Check-Ins and Progress Updates, Trouble Shooting, Peak Week Protocol, Reverse Diet recommendations AND 16 week enrollment in Body by Design's Balanced Bites Nutritional Coaching Program.
